About The Giclée Studio We are a small residential studio, located in the coastal township of Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. Giclée printing is as much a craft as a process. We have specialised in Giclée printing for the last 3 years. The possibilities afforded by this technology, when coupled with our experience, are really exciting. We have nowhere near reached the limits. We at the Giclée Studio are really excited by the future of our industry. The Giclée Studio is a Trade Affiliate Member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photographers (AIPP). We enthusiastically subscribe to the AIPP’s Code Of Ethics, a copy of which is obtainable from our download page. Greg is an Associate Member of The Australian Guild Of Realist Artists and a member of the Mornington Peninsula Camera Club. Greg is a keen semi-professional photographer and regularly exhibits his images at local art shows. Have a look at the Gallery to see some of his photos. It was his love of photography and dissatisfaction with the printing services available at the time, that lead Greg into the industry. He hasn’t looked back. Environmentally, The Giclée Studio will always choose the most environmentally friendly option, provided that it doesn't not compromise quality. Our product is designed for the long term, we will not threaten this. Being a residential studio, we have a head start in terms of transport, utility usage and their embedded carbon considerations. Giclée printing only uses water based inks and coatings, unlike other printing methods. We subscribe to Green Power and have a very low water use. We are constantly looking for ways to desrease our adverse environmental impact. The Giclée Studio aims to provide a complete service, rather than simply printing photos. We have clients, not customers. We will assess each order and contact you if we have any queries, or suggestions. We will not compromise on quality and absolutely guarantee both materials and workmanship. Because of our low overheads, we are able to provide exceptional value for money.
