Photo Printing (Also available as a PDF download.) Giclée printing is specifically designed for printing digital photos. Constant development means that Giclée printing now surpasses chemical photo printing in many ways, and without the environmental hazards. The Giclée Studio’s Epson StylusPro printers are generally considered to be the best available, giving superb colours with subtle tonal gradations. The Ultra Chrome K3 inks uses 3 shades of black, providing beautiful, subtle monochromes. Modern digital cameras take photos that can be printed in sizes only previously possible with specialist medium format film cameras. The Giclée Studio is able to print in sizes up to 1118 mm on the shortest axis. When you put the two together, amazing things are possible, especially when you remember that The Giclée Studio can print your photos on a variety of media, including some superb textiles. Lampshades, curtains and blinds, cushions, quilt covers, even wallpaper – all and more from your photos. Just let your imagine run and give us a ring. The size you can print depends on a large number of factors. In general terms, a 4 mp camera will print at around A4 in its “natural” size.
